Collaboration Access Guide

Collaboration Access lets wedding owners invite trusted people into a wedding workspace so planning can happen with the partner, coordinator, or family helpers without sharing one login.

Step-by-Step Setup

  1. 1Open the wedding dashboard and go to Team or Collaboration Access.
  2. 2Enter the collaborator email address.
  3. 3Choose Partner or Coordinator as the role.
  4. 4Send the invitation.
  5. 5Ask the invited person to sign in with the invited email and accept the invite from their dashboard.
  6. 6Remove collaborators when access is no longer needed.

What Is Automated

  • Invite status shows as pending or accepted.
  • Free workspaces include 1 partner collaborator.
  • Planner Pro unlocks coordinators and more helpers.
